1. The Last of Us debut first in 2012, now we’re in 2013, that’s more than a year past their deadline for release. The Game companies have Project Manager who’s sole duty is to maximize time, cost and scope. I believe they have reach all the three variables mentioned above so why is the game not out yet?
2. The release date was set for March 2013, this is April they shifted the release date to June or July and now we’re seeing clips referencing the month of “October”.
3. The PlayStation 4 has been announced since February 20th 2013 and ever since then, The Last of Us made certain remarks about change in some certain features in their game play.
4. We saw a Game Play of The Last of Us Game Play last year June why the heck will they say, it’s not yet ready and they are still working on it?
Well with all these points still The last of us doesn’t prove to be a PS4 game but it would be great to see this title for the PS4 platform. One more thing, in the waste land beautiful video it referenced this date 10/17/2013. Which means this might actually be the release date of the PlayStation 4 or it could mean something else relating to Naughty Dog future project that they are working on. So Make sure you wait it out, The Last of Us is in fact a PS3 title and it would be coming out sometime before Independence day so they say…We’ll know more as E3 approaches.
Now you can have everyone saved and move on with your life as Captain Shepherd. Besides importing the completed game into Mass Effect 3 would be a bonus to your mission ahead.
It was refreshing to find a non ironic, non meta straightforward telling of this story, with some elements of charm and humor. The 3D is fairly unspectacular, although there are great sequences, such as the collapse of the vine which causes catastrophic damage below. The body count, for a family film, is quite high, surpassing some of the later Harry Potter movies. It is also notable that there are virtually no females in either the giants’ or human’s realm. The cast is fine, and Nicholas Hoult makes a fine Jack, and brings more life and personality to the role than he did earlier this year with “Warm Bodies.”
Most elements of the film work quite well and it has the potential to work alongside dark family fare like “The Never Ending Story” or “The Dark Crystal.”
This is a good movie to watch, especially with friends or family, its a totally new twist to the franchise story. Just like how they did “The Wizard of Oz”…
